Shipping and Return Policy

• Ordered Goods will be shipped to Buyer's registered shipping address or directly to the designated End User in accordance with DDP incoterms 2020. Partner shall sign a delivery receipt confirmation.
• Partner shall be responsible to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations and shall ensure that End Users comply with such laws and regulations.
• Partner may examine the Products promptly upon receipt. No later than five (5) days after receipt, Partner shall notify Sys Connect of all claimed shortages or damaged Products.
• All risks of loss or damage to Products shall pass to the Partner at the time of delivery to the carrier or shipper.
• Assignment of title and ownership occurs once payment is made to Sys Connect in full.

Partner may return Products to Sys Connect or the Manufacturer only with a return material authorization ("RMA") number issued by the Manufacturer.

• Only erroneously shipped Products or Products damaged prior to shipment may be returned.
• Products damaged after shipment may not be returned.
• To receive credit, Buyer must adhere to Sys Connect's current returns processing guidelines.

Partner must notify Sys Connect in writing of any damage to the outer packaging or the Products, shortage, or other discrepancy ("Visual Defect") within five (5) business days after receipt of the shipment; otherwise, Partner is deemed to have accepted the Products.

Partner must notify Sys Connect in writing stating the specific Product defect within the warranty period. Sys Connect will only issue an RMA if the defect is created solely by Sys Connect or the Manufacturer.

Sys Connect will not grant RMAs for damage or shortage created by the Partner, the carrier, or the freight provider. Sys Connect reserve the right to withhold 15% of the total price to cover shipping and return fees for non-defective returns.
