2. Pricing and Quotations

All quotes issued by Sys Connect are based on current market availability and manufacturer pricing. Please note:

• Quotes are typically valid for 24–48 hours unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Sys Connect reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of major currency fluctuations or manufacturer price increases prior to order confirmation.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs unless explicitly mentioned.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are considered official only upon receipt of a Purchase Order (PO) or written confirmation. Payment terms are as follows:

• Accepted methods: Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Cheque, or Secure Payment Link.
• For new partners, advanced payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) may be required.
• Failure to clear outstanding invoices within the agreed credit period may result in a temporary hold on future shipments and services.

4. Product Warranty

Sys Connect acts as an authorized distributor/reseller. All hardware products are covered by the **Manufacturer’s Standard Warranty** (e.g., HP, Dell, Cisco, Lenovo). Sys Connect does not provide additional independent warranties but will assist partners in navigating the RMA process with the manufacturer where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sys Connect shall not be held liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the products provided.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **United Arab Emirates**, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the Dubai Courts.
